Sometimes life does not match what is expected. but i know in our life given many choices. depending on whether we have the will to choose life or whether in fact the opposite is not merely to breathe, or just stay on this earth, there are still many things we must do in order to make us more meaningful and could meaning of life.and I know that learning is not just for those who are born in fortunate circumstances. we all have equal opportunity has particularly those, where there is a will,there's way.

Rempeyek Kacang ijo


Resep Rempeyek Kacang Hijau :

* 50 gram kacang hijau, direndam semalam
* 3 sendok makan rebon, disangrai
* 100 gram tepung beras
* 1 sendok makan tepung sagu
* 200 ml santan dari 1/4 butir kelapa
* 4 lembar daun jeruk, dibuang tulangnya, diiris halus
* 1 kuning telur
* minyak untuk menggoreng

Resep Bumbu Halus Rempeyek Kacang Hijau :

* 3 siung bawang putih
* 6 butir kemiri, disangrai
* 3/4 sendok teh ketumbar
* 1/4 sendok teh merica
* 2 cm kencur
* 1/2 sendok teh garam

Cara Membuat Rempeyek Kacang Hijau :

1. Aduk rata tepung beras, tepung sagu, santan, daun jeruk, dan bumbu halus.
2. Tmbahkan kuning telur dan rebon. Aduk rata.
3. Ambil satu sendok sayur. Tabur kacang hijau. Tuang adonan di pinggir wajan yang berisi minyak panas sedang. Goreng sampai matang.

Untuk 300 gram
